Wise Woman Highland Escape
Sometimes women don't need self help. They just need a little magic.
Come let yours emerge.
There’s a version of you that has been waiting…
She's not lost. She's not broken. She's just been buried under the to-do lists, the appointments, the needs of everyone else in your life.
She remembers what it felt like to wander. To wonder. To sit by a fire with women who just... get it.
Here's the secret nobody tells you — this phase of your life? The one where you're somewhere between who you were and who you're becoming?
It's actually the best one yet.
The world might have made it feel somehow undesirable. But the woman who has set down the hats she's been wearing, who has stopped performing and started living — she is the most alive she has ever been.
Maybe, you just need the space to remember that.
Six nights in the Scottish Highlands will do that for you.
Nestled into one of the most beautiful and magical places on earth, surrounded by forests, ancient castles, hillsides that have held the stories of your ancestors for centuries — this is where you come to exhale, to reconnect with your grandmother's grandmothers.
No agenda. No performance. No apologies.
Just you, a circle of extraordinary women, a little moon magic, and permission - finally - to fill your own cup.
Sometimes women don't need self help. They just need a little magic.
Come let yours emerge.
So who is holding this space for you?
I fell in love with the United Kingdom at nineteen years old and never really recovered. Something about those ancient landscapes, those moss-covered stones, that air — it got into my bones and never left.
Since then I have been a self-proclaimed wanderer. My path has taken many beautiful, unexpected turns over the years — but the greatest gift of all has been this: creating and sharing extraordinary travel experiences with extraordinary women.
I have been embracing my own Crone Phase for a while now. As a yoga, meditation and wellness teacher I have had the privilege of witnessing women just like you stepping into their light — setting aside what people might think, moving beyond the shame of the very unsexy menopause symptoms — and just going for the things they love.
Watching that happen has been the greatest honour of my life.
This escape was born from that witnessing. From knowing, deep in my bones, what women in this phase of life need most.
Not another program. Not another thing to fix.
Just magic. Just sisterhood. Just space.
I cannot wait to share the Highlands with you.
~ Melanie
Picture this…
You wake up inside a historic lodge that has stood for centuries, surrounded by the grounds of a 13th century castle. The Highland air is crisp, the trees are turning, and for the first time in longer than you can remember — you have absolutely nowhere to be.
This is your home for six nights.
Old Blair Lodge sits in the hamlet of Old Blair on the magnificent Atholl Estates — forests, hillsides, ancient ruins and miles of wandering trails right outside your door. It is the kind of place that makes you exhale the moment you arrive.
Rest. Actually Rest.
When was the last time you read a book just because you wanted to? Curled up by a fire with nowhere to be and no guilt attached?
We have built that time in — deliberately and unapologetically. Whether you're a hopeless romantic or a sci-fi lover, bring the book that's been sitting on your nightstand. Lose yourself completely. We'll gather some evenings to share what we're loving and why — but mostly, this time is yours.
Rest is not lazy. Rest is revolutionary.
Wander.
Step outside and let the Highlands do what they do best — fill you up. Ancient forests, rolling hillsides, the ruins of St. Bride's Kirk right at the edge of the garden. Walk as far as you like or simply sit and listen to what Mother Earth has to say.
And yes — we will explore Blair Castle together. A fortress that has stood since the 1200s, that has witnessed Jacobite risings, royal visits, and centuries of Scottish history. Walking those halls, you cannot help but feel the thread connecting you to every woman who walked them before you.
Come Back to Yourself - Meditation
We spend so much of our lives thinking our way through everything — and it exhausts us. In our guided meditations together, you get to put that busy brain down for a little while. To get quiet. To get clear.
Not about fixing anything. Just about remembering who you are when nobody needs anything from you.
A Little Moon Magic.
Did you know the moon moves through eight phases every 29 days — called a lunation — and that each one affects your energy, your mood, your entire life?
Most of us have been swimming against the current of the moon our whole lives without knowing it. Together we'll explore each phase and learn how to work with her energy instead of against it.
And she will be watching over us from the very beginning — we arrive under the Hunter's Moon on October 26th, and we close our circle on Samhain, as the veil grows thin.
In the Scottish Highlands, under an October sky, this feels less like a lesson and more like a remembering.
Tarot & Oracle — Embrace Your Inner Witch
Somewhere in your ancestry there was an amazing goddess, a healer, a wise woman. Can you feel her?
We're going to have a little fun with this. Tarot and oracle cards are not about predicting the future — they are about listening to your own deep wisdom. The answers you've been looking for have been inside you all along.
Have a deck you love? Bring it. Never touched one before? Come with an open heart and let's play.
Samhain — The Night the Veil Grows Thin
We have saved the most magical night for last.
October 31st. Samhain. The ancient Celtic celebration of the thinning veil between this world and the next. The original Halloween — before it was candy and costumes.
On this night, in the Scottish Highlands, surrounded by women who have spent six days remembering their magic — we celebrate.
A long table. Candlelight. A feast worthy of your ancestors. Stories, laughter, perhaps a few tears of the very best kind.
This is your Samhain banquet. Your closing ceremony. Your send-off back into your life — but different. Fuller. Lighter. More yourself than you have been in years.
The Highlands will do that to you.
Choose Your Experience.
